Hippo are delighted to share the news that our Co-Founder and Executive Director for New Business, Liz Whitefield, has been included in ComputerWeekly’s long list for the most influential women in UK tech.
This is the sixth consecutive year that Liz has made the list, with her vital work at Hippo and championing of diversity across the tech sector securing well earned recognition for her outstanding achievements.
Speaking on her inclusion, Liz said…
For me, being on this list since we started our journey at Hippo, and seeing how we have grown is great. But, in truth, it’s not what I am most proud of.
Rather it’s the fact that every year we see so many new names being added to the list, and I know there are more out there that are not included!
The diverse talent we see leading our sector is truly inspirational and I hope that helps us continue to bring great talent into our industry in the years to come.
The overall winner will be announced at Computer Weekly’s annual diversity in tech event held on the 11th October 2023, so watch this space!
