Hippo will be taking part in Services Week 2026, joining people from across the public sector for a week of shared learning, discussion and practical insight around public service delivery.
Running from 29 June to 3 July, Services Week is hosted by the Government Digital and Data community. This year’s theme is personalised public services, with a focus on creating services that are more intuitive, joined up and responsive to the people who use them.
As part of the week, Hippo will be leading two sessions.
Florence Nguyen, Senior User Researcher at Hippo, will lead Leveraging AI: Making Accessibility Accessible, exploring how teams can use AI to better understand accessibility needs earlier in delivery.
Juliet Bale, Senior Delivery Manager at Hippo, will lead Delivery Leadership in Government, looking at how delivery leaders can create clarity, maintain momentum and support teams in complex public sector environments.
Both sessions will contribute to the wider Services Week conversation around building better, more responsive public services.
