Hippo has joined the Procurement Assist IT and Cyber Security Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), a public sector framework designed to help organisations access trusted partners for secure and effective digital delivery.
This builds on Hippo’s ongoing work with public sector organisations to strengthen digital services and make them more secure, accessible and centred around people.
The framework provides NHS Trusts, local authorities, housing providers, charities and education institutions with a compliant route to procure IT and cyber security services. Covering areas such as software development, data management, network services and cyber resilience, the DPS simplifies procurement while maintaining high standards of quality and assurance.
“Joining this framework reflects Hippo’s ongoing commitment to secure and responsible delivery. It provides another way for public sector organisations to access our expertise with confidence and to continue building services that are resilient and designed around people.” – Darren Hutton, Chief Digital Officer
About the framework
The Procurement Assist IT and Cyber Security Services DPS was established to help public bodies across the UK access trusted digital and cyber expertise through a single, compliant route.
The framework brings together qualified suppliers across multiple areas, enabling public sector teams to procure services quickly, transparently and with confidence. It covers:
- Hardware and software consultancy
- Data and network services
- Computer audit and testing
- Backup and catalogue conversion
The DPS operates as an open system, allowing new suppliers to join at any time. This approach ensures healthy competition, value for money and ongoing access to the latest innovation and expertise throughout its lifetime.
How this aligns with Hippo’s work
Hippo’s inclusion on this framework reinforces its trusted reputation across the public sector. With experience delivering secure, human centred solutions for organisations such as NHS England, NHS Business Services Authority, the Department of Health and Social Care , along with our work across other government departments, Hippo continues to help teams design and deliver digital services that are effective, inclusive and built on trust.
