Beyond the Job Title: A BA Networking Exchange

Hippo is hosting Beyond the Job Title: A BA Networking Exchange in Leeds, bringing Business Analysts together for an evening of conversation, reflection and connection.

The event will explore how different backgrounds, industries and ways of working shape the way BAs analyse, influence, solve problems and help organisations move forward. While many people may share the same job title, no two BAs approach the role in quite the same way.

Through interactive activities and open discussion, the evening will create space to share experiences, hear how others navigate the role and better understand the range of skills that contribute to meaningful change.

Whether someone is early in their BA journey or has years of experience, the session offers a chance to connect with others across the community, reflect on their own approach and celebrate what makes the discipline so adaptable.
