International Women's Day Celebration: How supporting each other elevates us all

Hippo will be at Elevate Women in Tech in Manchester on Thursday, 12th March, for an afternoon looking at mentorship, community support, and what they actually change in real careers.

Hippo’s Head of Design, Emma Wailes, will be giving a lightning talk, From My Journey to Yours, breaking down the turning points in her own career and the practical lessons she’d pass on to others. Emma will also join the Lift As You Climb panel alongside CISO Amy Lemberger and career mentor Vince Pizzoni.

If you want honest insights from senior leaders and concrete connections to help you hit your 2026 goals, come along. Come ready to share something, and leave with something.
