Hack for good: Improving customer experience in the public sector

DWP Digital and Hippo Digital are collaborating to run an in-person Hack for Leeds Digital Festival on 27 September 09:00–15:00. This event will be focused on problem solving to improve customer experience in the public sector.

We’re inviting digital tech specialists to hack the problem, generate ideas and develop a solution. If you’re a designer, developer, project manager, user researcher, or a digital enthusiast interested in tech for good, register today.

We’ll be working with frontline colleagues to share insights and identify gaps to inspire our hackers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of creative minds to explore how technology and innovation can be used to support millions of UK citizens.

What’s in it for you?
Use your digital skills and expertise to play a meaningful role in the future of society by focusing on a real problem related to tech for good. Develop your tech skills, ways of working and network with likeminded professionals.

Audience
We’re inclusive and encourage diversity in skills, experience, and background for a range of perspectives. Teams will be supported by DWP Digital and Hippo Digital colleagues so don’t worry if you have a limited tech experience.
