Identity in financial services can sometimes feel like a game of hidden roles. Who can you trust? How do you spot deception? And how do you keep experiences seamless for the people who rely on your services every day?

At this year’s Scotland Fintech Summit, Hippo and Ping Identity will share how to move past that uncertainty with a clear roadmap for digital identity transformation. It is a phased approach that helps organisations tackle the triple challenge of trust, security and scale. From discovery through design and build and on to continual optimisation, the roadmap is designed to replace doubt with clarity.

Our Head of Identity, Jim Small, will join Ping’s Samudra Gupta to bring this to life, sharing lessons from the NHS and Virgin on how identity at scale can be made both secure and seamless. They will show how organisations can move away from fragmented, legacy systems towards unified, data-driven platforms that build trust.

Alongside them, our Director of Business Development for the private sector, Duncan Richardson, will be at the EICC in Edinburgh on 24 September. Together with Ping, we will be hosting a shared stand where we look forward to conversations about identity, trust and the future of digital services.

And because identity is ultimately about separating fact from fiction, our stand experience will put trust to the test. Inspired by The Traitors, we will be adding a twist of our own — a chance to see how good you really are at spotting deception and uncovering the truth.
