DigiGov Expo 2025

The Hippo team is delighted to join the line up at DigiGov Expo 2025!

DigiGov Expo is the UK’s largest public sector technology event, bringing together DDaT professionals, policymakers and suppliers from across government to share ideas and explore digital innovation.

Our session, Upskill, Uplift, Empower: Building AI Capability in Government at Scale, explores how capability grows when public servants have the confidence to use AI responsibly. The talk spotlights how Hippo partnered with a government department to design a tailored, multi-phase programme — starting with a week-long, hands-on AI learning experience for hundreds of public servants, and evolving into targeted policy engagement and future-focused design workshops.

With DigiGov Expo exploring themes across AI readiness and service transformation, our session highlights why building AI capability is about people first and how trust must guide every step.
