In this session we will be exploring how content designers can improve user experiences (UX) with our expert consultant Josh Healey.

We aim to give you an understanding of how adopting skills and methodologies from the service design toolkit can be of benefit to everyone when looking at UX. The interactive discussion will consider the benefits of accessible design and look at how we can go beyond the web accessibility guidelines to make products and services as good they should be.

Josh has extensive experience of working across government on complex projects; thus we would like this to be a more interactive talk with room for questions and answers from the audience.
